Everyday I look and Dayson and thing how in the world he was a part of me for 10 months ..... Having a baby is the most incredible thing. I still don't understand it all. A year ago I was so ready to be done with being pregnant, but this year I am not ready to have dayson be a toddler. He is becoming so independent which is great, but at the same time I just want him to not grow so fast. He talks so much last night Joe was going to sleep and I was like tell daddy "nigh nigh" and he was like "nigh nigh daddy" no joke 3 words haha. He is comprehending so much. He says a lot of words and talks all the time. He now blows kisses on demand and dances. Today he was trying to take off his shirt. He always helps me pull off his clothes, but today I put a long sleeve shirt on him and he didn't like it so he kept trying to pull his arm out of the shirt. It was very funny. He is becoming shy I never thought he would, but around new people he pulls back and clings to me. He also knows what is what. If you say go get elmo he will go get him or if you say get your truck or the monkey book. I am trying my best to read to him daily and make books a main part of his life. Also, he now walks everywhere this past weekend he would only walk when he felt comfortable, but now he walks around and avoid crawling. He is so little walking its kind of weird. He is just so much fun and Joe and I laugh constantly. I am so glad that both Joe and I were there every step of the way too see him grow and see his little milestones.

So much fun

Gratitude
One thing I will teach my children is to be thankful. I have had so many experiences lately where I try to do nice things for others and not only did I not get a thank you, I get complaints. I know that it is the other person problem because I full on believe in carma. I will lead by example and make sure that I give daily to others and tell others thank you for their kind deeds. Another thing I will teach my children and people around me is to be honest in everything you do. Again carma will come around! My sister one time told me that I shouldnt steal internet and I was kind of confused, like they didnt block it so its free game. After thinking about what she said I called up and got my own internet. Its little things that can catch up to you. If I lead a life of dishonestly even if it is little things to get a free buck, it could really negatively affect others that are looking up to you. Any way I love these two values and think if your trying your best daily to become better than you will get blessings and happiness.

Studying?
Studying? Whats that? I know dont know what that is this past 2 weeks. Lately it has been impossible to study. Dayson comes over, and pulls on the cord and the whole laptop shuts off. It drives me crazy! I will be in the middle of my homework and he will come and pull it. I have lost 3 essays so far. Last night was the first time in his short 10 months of life that I have actually got mad at him. He started to cry and I did feel bad, but he new what he was doing. I think he loves to get a rise out of me. Maybe this is a good excuse to go buy a new battery for my laptop...hmmm( great idea)!
Quick update he loves elmo! We were in tj-max checking out and Dayson grabbed a elmo hand puppet thing. I just put it back and he freaked out in front of everyone in line. I gave it back to him and decided to buy it. I gave it to the cash register and again he freaked out. Since that day he carrys elmo all around. He says "melmo" its the cutest thing ever! So this also solves the quest on what theme to do his 1st birthday. It will be the theme of Elmo.

11th
So Dayson was Born May 11, he started crawling November 11, and officailly start walking March 11th. Yes, Dayson is walking! He just took off on his 10 month birthday. I had him all day and he didnt act like that day would be the day to walk, but sure enough he did. I went to work and about a hour after being there Joe calls, we were busy so I couldnt answer, but he sent me a video and I about cried. It was of Dayson walking. He said Dayson was holding on to the recliner and he just walked to the TV. Its crazy how just one day he wanted to do something and he did. I wish I coud master that ability. He walks everywhere. My sister said "now the little control you have over him is pretty much gone." She is right he has been a wild boy since he has been walking. So I think the number 11 will be his lucky number!

9 month update, February 2011

~He LOVES his DADDY~

Big smiles!

~A Picture Dylan took of Dayson

~I love Dylans smile~

~He's a Goofball~
~do you think we could smile any bigger~
~BUBBLES~

Dayson is 9 months...Its funny how being pregnant for nine months seemed like it wouldn't ever end. Now nine months has seemed to go by so fast....like I say every update he is so fun! He has quite the little personality, he is a little shy with new people, but with people he is comfortable he definitely knows how to show off. His latest, he loves to say "nono" and shake his head. He knows what it means too, when ever I grab him and wipe his face or nose he will shake his head and say "nono." We taught him how to dance with his head and body when music comes on he will crack you up. He took 2 steps from the coffee table to the couch and will push his walker all over the house, but he hasn't taken off quite yet... He is his own little self he doesn't like any one trying to make him do things, which makes him a little stubborn headed. Since he is a little stubborn he has learned how to throw little fits. He will lay down and kick his feet. That is not good we definitely need to put that to a STOP. We had Dylan the other weekend. He is feeling more comfortable in our house and knows where everything is. Joe and Dylan's relationship is getting better. I think it is going through stages, and every time we get him it gets better and better. We love having Dylan whenever we can. While he is at our house we just now need to work with him on sharing. I think that's where Daysons fits come in because, Dylan takes everything from him. Toward the end of our weekend with Dylan every time Dayson had something in his hands and it was taken from him he would scream. Well I guess we might see a lot more of that with two brothers in my house. We just love both of them so much. Joe and I so happy and couldn't be happier!Sunday, February 6, 2011
Walking...... step by step

~Ladies Need a Ride~
Dayson is almost walking...He can walk when pushing his car and holding on to my one hand.. He will stand with out holding on to anything no problem, he just freaks out when he cant hold on when going forward. He is getting too big! One day he tried so hard to walk from the couch to the coffee table without getting down, but he was a little chicken.. One of these days he will take off!

School 2011 spring semester
I am going to write a couple of things about school this semester. I never have written about school and I should because I really have a lot of memories and experiences while being there. First off why in the world did I talk my self into going to cedar.... Today I went from 46 degrees to 6 degrees, and I have to drive 40 minutes to get there. I think that is the only downfall with going to Southern Utah University. I love the campus it has such a good feeling. I know so many people half of my high school goes there and it is nice to see a familiar face. This semester I have such fun classes. The one I love, but is very intimidating is my Experimental Behavior Psychology Class, each of us has a pet pigeon and I am deathly afraid of it. Our professor said if we can teach and train a pigeon how we want him to act, than we can change any persons behavior. I am going to take notes every class to see how I can change others behavior to my standards.....hahaha, well we will see how far that will go. I still haven't had the guts to hold the pigeon yet but hopefully soon. The next class that I love is my personal finance, I have learned so much in just the four weeks of going. I really enjoy learning how the economy, taxes, interest rates, and government work. I just need to brag for a second I think I am a over achiever, well not really I actually quite ditsy. So my professor kept saying you need to hand in your home work next week 1-19. So once I started doing it I was like holy crap he is a slave driver. I kept calling my friend being like how the heck did you do all of it so fast and she was like I have been doing it for a while. So for the past weekend I have been doing this homework 24-7. The day came to hand it in and I still have some chapters to do and everyone else was handing it in. So I handed 1-14 in. The next class meeting I went to hand in the rest and he was like you don't need to hand any more in, you have done all the home work for the semester. We only needed to hand in 19 pages not 19 chapters or 54 pages. So I guess all my homework is done for the semester, but man did I bust my butt night and day to do it. It would help to listen more closely in class huh.
